1. Quit smoking as a vice
Well, I really quit smoking the moment I knew that I was pregnant last year. I haven’t smoke for over a year, until last November, I got depressed and I reckon I just needed my ex-bestfriend back. lol Probably I can still puff on one stick or two, occasionally.
2. Resist being jealous and needy
I just thought I need a little bit of love from myself as well.
3. Never sneak back from the past
After how many years, there’s still this thing that I could not get over with. But now, it has to be stopped, totally!
4. Exercise regularly
Though I have gained my pre-pregnancy weight back, I still have to work out on my little fluffy tummy and tone my biceps just a little bit more. Maybe the Zumba Wii will do.
5. Forgive quickly & spread Love instead
I need to learn to control my emotions especially when I am angry. This year, there’s gotta be less hatred but purely love…
Bring it on 2012!!! I am ready for you!!! :)
That you fall in love with someone who loves you—really loves you. (Or fall even deeper in love if you’re already there.) That you finally, finally fall in love with yourself.
That you breathe and allow yourself to be silly every now and then. That you don’t take everything so seriously. That you don’t forget how to have fun. That you never start thinking you’re too old for it.
That you have adventures, do things you’ve never done before, go places you’ve never been. That you work towards turning at least one of your biggest dreams into reality. That you turn “why?” into “why not?”
That you’re brave enough to make mistakes, and learn from them. That you pick yourself up after every fall, and stand taller, stronger, and wiser for having fallen.
That you learn when to hold on, and when to let go.
That you change someone’s life. Especially if “someone” is you.
That, by the end of this day next year, you have three hundred and sixty-six new stories to tell.
Happy new year, everyone.
